Ethiopian Airlines Partners with TSA to Enhance Passenger Experience
Ethiopian Airlines has announced its partnership with the United States Transport Security Administration (TSA) to integrate the TSA PreCheck program, aiming to provide a smoother and more secure airport experience for its passengers traveling from the USA.
This collaboration will enable Ethiopian Airlines’ customers to enjoy a more efficient and streamlined security process, reducing wait times and enhancing the overall air travel experience.
The TSA PreCheck program allows eligible travelers to undergo expedited security screening, keeping their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and not having to remove laptops, liquids, and food items from their carry-on bags. This program is available at over 200 U.S. airports and one foreign Preclearance airport in the Bahamas.
Eligible passengers can apply for TSA PreCheck through various enrollment providers, with fees varying depending on the provider. Once approved, travelers receive a unique Known Traveler Number (KTN) that can be added to their airline reservation to access TSA PreCheck lanes.
This partnership is part of Ethiopian Airlines’ ongoing efforts to elevate passenger experience and provide a seamless travel journey for its customers.
